Experience That Informs the Conversation

With nearly four decades in the pool and spa industry, I’ve held progressive leadership roles, including Regional Manager, Eastern U.S. Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales.

For more than ten years at the executive level, I led sales strategy, pricing, and market expansion — including the launch and development of European and other international markets. My responsibilities spanned global dealer networks, strategic growth initiatives, and complex, multi-market business environments.

Working across a broad dealer ecosystem exposed me to a wide range of small, mid-sized, and large businesses — each with different dynamics, constraints, and goals. While no two businesses are identical, the core principles of strategy, positioning, and execution apply across all categories.

In addition to advisory work, I teach business concepts to high school students in the Fort Walton Beach area as a way to give back — reinforcing my belief that clarity, discipline, and sound decision-making are universal skills.
